[IRCA] Excel problem ... solved

Many, many thanks to all (and there was a bunch) who responded with offers of help and suggestions.  The consensus was to insert a blank row above the data, copy and paste the header row there, delete the misplaced header row and THEN save.  Worked like a charm.  Thanks again guys.
