[IRCA] Excel problem - sorta radio related

Hi all,

My "all time" log is kept in Excel (well, all my logs are).  I recently did a data sort and neglected to check the "my list has a header row" and then did a save. And that means I can't undo, redo, etc. So now my header row (station, date, etc) is wandering around with all the other reception information. Is there any way to restore this or otherwise recreate the header without causing additional problems?  I know this isn't a burning question for everyone else on the list, so please reply directly.
