[IRCA] Sony M37 Filter Mod help needed

[cafe@xxxxxxxxxxxxx]

A list member has sent me a Sony M37V that I have offered to
change the filter for him.

M37V and new filter received.

Sadly - incomplete dis-assembly instructions
and no mention about the fact that the replacement
filter has way more pins that the stock one.

Anybody done this mod that wishes to share the secret
process?
