[IRCA] TP for 1 Feb from Victoria, BC

Listened at 1350, 1430 and 1500UT this morning, and there was some liveliness,
though not great signal strengths. Seemed to be a peak just after 1500.

The parallel for CNR1 seems to be 4460 now; 6165 is now weak, and possibly
parallel to a stronger 5030, but neither lined up with what was on 639 or 1593.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

774 JOUB
828 JOBB

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

594 JOAK

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker

639 CC talk //4460, so CNR-1
747 JOIB
1242 JOLF at 1503UT
1422 JORF JJ talk at 1443UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

558
621 mx at 1504UT, didn't seem //N. Korea
666 JOBK //594
873 JOGB //828
936
972 w/big carrier, HLCA likely
1134
1314 JOUF likely w/JJ sounding talk
1332 mx at 1505UT
1386 NHK2 //828
1503 JOUK //594
1566 giant carrier, bit of CC sounding talk, so HLAZ
1575 presumed VoA, too weak to tell
1593 CNR-1 //4460

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

none noted

best wishes,

Nick
