Alluding I assume to Commando Solo over Haiti with VOA and/or other programming which should be in Creole, not French. Quick, try to // it with VOA 5960 7465 before 0200, 7465 and 7590 afterwards until 0300. But I suspect Bill already knows this. 73, Glenn Hauser

I'm hearing French [or Creole?] program on 1030 since 0130utc with the Wellbrook array beamed south -- same as I would for the Caribbean.
