[IRCA] More on KKEE-1230

According to New NW BCers, who owns KKEE, they switched over to the FSR
//with 99.7 quickly as Air America went bye bye. They are looking at
options, so they have not decided on a format for 1230 as yet. So, KKEE
may change again in the near future.
