[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 24 Jan 2010

 I haven't posted my results of late, primarily due to an uncooperative 
work schedule, but also because during the fleeting moments I've had to 
check the band I've heard very little.        This morning seemed a bit 
better, with at least some audio heard, with  Japan on 594, 693, 747  
774, and 828.   747 was the best of the bunch, peaking at a fair-good 
level shortly after 1500.
