[IRCA] WHO 1040 off the air intermittently this morning

Gang,

WHO 1040 in Des Moines has been of the air a couple of times this 
morning.  I am not sure if it is from ice loading on the tower, or loss 
of power from ice on the power lines.  Fair chunks of Iowa have been 
without power since last Wednesday.  It is 0524 CST and they just this 
second came back on again.  Opps off again at 0525.  I don't know if the 
mailing list will allow me to send attachments of not.  I have a great 
photo I got from a friend who works for one of the electric coops of a 
downed power line coated by several inches ice.
