I'm amazed Air America lasted as long as they did.  I think a long time 
ago, the Left and the Right got together and divvied things up.  The 
Left took control of TV and the Right took control of radio.  It's as 
if that's now a law of nature, and any attempt of one to "trespass" on 
the other's turf meets with failure.
