[IRCA] DX Tip for WDXR

1220    WHKW    OH, Cleveland, in jumble at 0459 EST 1/20 with man
talking and in the announcement I could catch 
"WHKW" mixing. Not enough for a report, as I heard & QSL'd them some
years ago with the "WHK" calls for a time. (PM-OR)

1220   UNID  ESPN station in jumble at 0459 1/20, with slogan, but
unable to make it out. (PM-OR)

1220   UNID  station playing older C&W music from the 60s/70s, Loretta
Lynn tune at 0459  1/20 mixing with WHKW and others. Sounded like a real
graveyard frequency for a few hours. After 0600 EST, XEB was mostly
dominant.
