[IRCA] 830 Follow Up

Just a little listening here tonight. I mainly wanted to follow up on 830 kHz
because of Fri night's session. One more new station was identified there. Hrd
on SRF-59 w/ SAT.

830, XEVQ, Culiaca, Sinaloa, 0627 UTC, 1/17/10, hrd a lot of pop type mx being
played. After struggling to catch any announcements for 30 minutes, this one
faded up for an ID by M ancr @0627. Hrd a vy clear "La Grande de Sinaloa" ID. Sta is
definitely not just a daytimer anymore.
