hitching on to the back of Bill's terse e-mail once more....I listened just after 1500 and again at 1545UT, and mostly just carriers, especially earlier.   At 1545 and a few minutes after, there were brief audio traces on 1377 and 1593 (both seemingly CNR-1 //6125), traces of talk on 1566, with weak talk (no ID on language) on 1512 and 594.

Definitely not a stellar morning.
