[IRCA] Saul's Morse Code on 1710

Saul,

It's likely an amateur radio conversation. I heard a couple "BT" sigs
meaning a sentence break and the name Gary. It also sounds like the keying
is chirpy so it could be a transmitter spur he's unaware of.  Didn't pick up
any callsigns though.
