[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 1-9-10

Listened from 1410-1435 ut and conditions was better than yesterday.  The only audio was on 594, 657, 693 and 774 all audio was very poor and just above the noise level.  The carriers were: 531, 558, 567, 585, 594, 603, 639, 648, 657, 666, 693, 738, 756, 774, 828, 936 and 945.  By the time I got to 945 the sun was up so I did not have any more time.
