[IRCA] ULR DX......One New Station @ Bedtime Last Night.......1430 WDIC ON LATE??????

Hi Guys:

 Nothing new heard tonight @ Sunset.....but I did log a New one at
Bedtime last night. This station is NEW to the OVERALL LOG and the ULR
LOG. This station is a DAYTIME ONLY Station...so I have no idea why they
were still going strong @ 23356 EST!! Obviously on way past their
scheduled sign-off......
