[IRCA] Churchill Media shuts down 3 AM stations in Oregon

KXOR 660 Junction City has a open carrier with S-8 signal at 1:00 PM PST.  
Open carrier signed off at 1:03 PM PST. No other stations present.

KXPD 1040 Tigard, OR  off the air and channel vacant.

KLZS 1450 Eugene, OR no way of checking here because of local KBPS Portland, OR 

Wondering if Bustos Media will purchase any of these stations?
