[IRCA] TA 1323
Jim Renfrew, Holley NY
1707 EST 1323 GERMANY (t) VO Russia - not 100% sure, but seems same
as Global Tuners rx in Bratislava. Man speaking Russian on the web, a
little muddled OTA. This will be a new one if I can pin it down. Most
likely VO Russia, widely heard, even out west. The Global Tuners signal is
not that grerat either.
Lot os hets and the usual strong stations with audio.
