Thanks for sending the link to the Engineering report of July 2008.
Interesting that KTRP 1130 Mt Angel was mentioned with possible interference.
KLPM 1150 splatters some on KTRP signal.  I believe Hatfield & Dawson are 
doing the engineering for KTRP.

They applied for an STA in July but it was dismissed. Here's a Engineering Report from July, 2008 that talks about removal of two towers:
