I wonder how long KOA has had the IBOC off & if anyone knows if it's coming back? I was told by 1 DXer it's been off a couple weeks? I just noticed it about 3 nights ago, there was no IBOC hiss on France-864. 73, George S., MN

Spain on 855 kHz is in with talk program (man talking in Spanish at the
moment). Thanks to local 850-KOA for having their IBOC turned off!
