Once again, Bill and I seem to playing a zero sum game, because this morning was
better here than many this month, though not as good as at Japanese sunset last
night. Still pretty erratic, and I didn't have much time to chase things.
Listened at 1420,then again at 1510UT. There didn't seem much in the way of
sunrise enhancement from a couple of check backs after 1510.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):
774 JOUB better earlier
828 JOBB later on
reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker,
though often battling w/splash or noise):
594 JOAK later on, but fady
639 CNR-1 //5030
747 JOIB later
1575 VoA it seems; better earlier
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker
675 earlier; likely Vietnam?
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :
576 earlier
603 seemed a couple of stations earlier on
702 NHK2 //774
855 maybe CNR2, as didn't seem off channel?
873 JOGB earlier on //774
936
972 HLCA?
1044 CRI?
1134 seemed //5030 later
1269 briefly at 1524UT
1377 seemed //5030
1593 too butchered by splash for //
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):
783, 1566
best wishes,
Nick
