[IRCA] Radio Farda

Radio Farda 1575 is still coming in here at 1639.  They'd had a long 
discussion program in presumed Persian until 1630 and then switched to 
mid-east pop music //website.  It's been in and out for the last 40 
minutes - it sometimes has a good signal on peaks, but also fades to 
nothingness.

I haven't been checking the dials lately and didn't turn on the radio 
until 1601 today, so I can say what else might have been in this morning.
