[IRCA] Finland 963 1725 EST

Not able to do much DXing with a four month old on my lap ... but conditions 
seem a little less stellar than yesterday on the first run through the band. 
One good one noted:

1725 EST    963    Finland - not sure what the station is.  It's a nordic 
language, not Russian.  // to 963 on Global Tuners from Hano Bay, Sweden, 
which ought to be Pori.  Might be CRI, or something else on the Pori 
transmitter.
