Just found it - its Finland. Not sure what the program is. Must be CRI from
the sound of it on Global Tuners. Jim

At 2240 EST I've got something on 963 - sounds Iberian, but doesn't match
the R. Sim or R, Euskadi web audio. Can any of you nearer the coast get a
better signal?
