[IRCA] R&R music in WCCO null - KOTC Kennett, MO

Strong station in WCCO null....A few minutes ago this station gave a
list of sponsors, a little weak and squeezed by WCCO and one of them was a
".....Steak House in Popular Bluff..." indicating this
is KOTC 830 in Kennett, Mo on with day power.  They are not
giving any storm info so suspect they just did not power down this
afternoon..  They also had a promo for Christmas Gifts for needy kids
in the area, drop off at a Baptist Church...... 

Anybody
need this station in the far southeastern tip of Missouri - get em
now!
