[IRCA] 1550 WSRY test loud and clear in Toronto

Tuned in before top-of-the-hour to catch legal ID (mentioning ESPN) and then heard sweep tones and CW.  Over/under CBE-Windsor with minimal splatter from local CHIN on 1540. Listening on a SONY ICF-2010. First heard them as WSER back in December of 1979.
