[IRCA] CKMX 1060 Classic Country

Daytime skip is good to the North this afternoon (1:42 pm PST) CKMX 1060 in with
a S-9 signal and country music.  Heard last year in January when the weather
was in the 30's during the daytime.  Would have been a good day to do a daytime
band scan.
