[IRCA] New VT station, and new format on 1070

2258 EST    WTSA    VT    Brattleboro - First IDed as "ESPN 1450 The New 
Ticket", and a web search indicates it's WTSA (but maybe not), and then the 
station obliges with the same ID a minute later adding "Brattleboro".  New. 
Interference from WKIP.

By the way, WSCP 1070 from Sandy Creek NY seems to be simulcasting FM, now 
IDing as "TK 99 and TK 105", heard yesterday early evening with a rock 
format.  The web page, of course, makes no mention of the AM operation.
