[IRCA] Puyallup, WA TP's for 11-23... Another Late Peak

Hello All,

This morning's TP signals behaved very much like yesterday's weird
session-- mediocre levels until about 1510 UTC, then a short but intense peak
around 1515, with everything leaving for good around 1530.

Unlike yesterday's bizarre session, however, there were no weak new TP's
showing up during the late peak (like yesterday's 603-NHK1 synchros). TP
signals across the lower band were boosted, however, including this booming
signal from CNR1-639 at 1516:

Scrambling around during the short peak I noticed 594-JOAK had a weak
co-channel again (apparently Chinese), but 603-HLSA seemed alone on its
frequency. 738-Taiwan had its usual powerhouse signal, with some slight KBS
competition. 1503-JOUK was at a nice level at 1520, and even 756-CNR1 had decent
audio. This was a complete reversal of the situation only an hour earlier,
with all of these TP's very weak around 1420.

The short peak was over very quickly, and nothing new was heard this time.
If tomorrow's TP propagation has a similar peak, however, there may be hope
yet for this late-November band.
