[IRCA] TPs today

If it were only still August, I could have talked up this morning's 
results as the promise of a really great season to come.  But it's not, 
and this one was merely another pre-Thanksgiving turkey.

I guess that's the way it goes this time of year.  Oh well, the season 
was fun while it lasted.

Here's this morning's DX, such as it was.

Really great audio, mostly understandable by a native speaker, for a 
brief time at least:
Nobody

Somewhat OK audio at times, a native speaker could understand some of it.

Marginal audio, could recognize brief program content, maybe identify 
the language, and perhaps pick out a word or two now and then, but that 
was about it
