There are numerous regionals with 50kw day-only power. I think it would be safest ( in view of the web's international audience and also for entry-level readers ) to reword that. It might be better to generalize the power levels for both the clears and regionals by describing the intent of the use of those channels in terms of concentrations of stations, including powers less centrally.
