[IRCA] NW Washington TA/TP for 16 Nov 2009

Hi all:

Confirmed TA's last night were
675 (R Maria)
693 (BBC 5)
864 (Paris Radio Bleu)
1134 (Croatia)
1215 (Absolute Radio)
Also from across the Atlantic:
 - 756 was almost assuredly Deutschlandfunk, but I couldn't quite match
the web stream to it.
 - 1017 had what sounded like Russian language news, but I couldn't be sure
 - Big hets on 747 and 909, but domestics kept me from hearing anything

As for TP's this morning....meh - a little better than yesterday, but
nothing inspiring
594 - JOAK was the only station to get a boost at sunrise - everything
else was basically gone by then.
639 - CNR1 //5030 with decent level at 1421
648 - music briefly at 1454, sounded like Chinese music
738 - what sounded like Taiwan Fishery music at 0350, but heaviliy
splattered by domestics
1170 - presumed KBS competing remarkably well with semi-local KPUG
The JJ NHK2 outlets on 693, 747, 774 and 828 were all in at one point with
weak audio, good enough to // between the four, but weak under splatter
