[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 15 Nov 2009
TPs?? What TPs?? Is the antenna connected??
This rated as likely the worst morning in a couple of months, with zero audio from TPs. (Well, maybe a word or two on 1575, but that was it) Even the big Japanese were merely rather feeble carriers.
The good news is that my unID on 846 from yesterday turned out to be Tagalog, hence Radio Veritas, DZRV, for my 1st Filipino other than VOA.
