[IRCA] Decent TA night in NW Washington 13 Nov 2009

Hi all:

Pretty good propagation into the house here tonight, competing with the
washing machine, computers and other noise makers.  At one point or
another most channels had some sort of het.  Identified stations tonight:

693  - UK: good signal from BBC 5 talking about UK matters at 0354 UTC
855  - Romania: R. Actualitati, verified with web stream,
963  - Finland: Pori station with Russian program decent at 0420-0430 UTC
1134 - Croatia: pretty good all night, HUGE at about 0417, //7375
1215 - UK: Absolute Radio in nicely around 0250, //web stream
1269 - Germany: Deutschlandfunk in and out all night, armchair copy at 0417
       with 1270 fairly quiet tonight, //web stream
1575 - Radio Farda verified with web stream, decent at times

I had big carriers on 549, 819 and 1341 most of the session, but strong
domestics kept me from getting anything from them.

Just a little while ago (0710 UTC) I'm pretty sure I had Radio Maria on
675, near its local sunrise, and 1269-Germany as well, so quite a night
for TAs!
