Back in the 'day' as in 1976,
TA's on the West Coast were treated like nectar...
It was a big deal - Nick and I both heard our first TA's
ever from Victoria on the same night...
Breathless phone calls were exchanged... notes
were compared the next day...
It was revolutionary.
Now it is routine.
Still, some of the openings are still awe inspiring...
especially on limited equipment or antennas...
And thought provoking too because we never had so much to
pick from as we do now - and not sure why.

Guess it is what it is.
