Up and down here also, but some interesting signals at times.   Just now 
presumed Iran on 1503, which often seems to have a good carrier had 
about 2 minutes of really good audio.   Some audio on 1251, but not 
quite good enough yet to determine a language.   1071 seems to be Egypt, 
with a second station (with Koran recitations) in the background.   855 
also has a pair of stations.   A lot of the signals are up for a minute 
or so, and then gone.   France is doing well, with good signals on 1377, 
1206, 945, 864, and weaker ones on 711 and 1278.    Hmm, intriguing 
audio also on 1467 as I type this.
