[IRCA] TP for 5 Nov from Victoria, BC
Unfortunately, not much time for radio this morning, but overall impression at 1445UT was that signals were spread throughout the band, though still somewhat stronger in the lower portion, and that there were quite a lot of low level audios, some on tantalizing channels like 648 and 1539 ....but not sticking around for very long, which was what I was not doing also.
