[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 31 Oct 2009

 Well, I hope those of you further west enjoyed a good morning in bed, 
as unless things are very different out your way the TPs certainly 
weren't worth getting up for.    In fact, there was no TP audio here at 
all until shortly before sunrise when some of the Japanese big guns 
managed audio at a feeble level more typical of late August.
 Also heard a bit of weakish TP audio on 738 and 774.   That's about 
it, so I'll hope November doesn't start the way October is ending.
