Listened from 0825-0842 utc.  A brief scan through LW & MW channels.
JOUB 774 with a nice signal.  This station can be heard 7 hours on some
mornings.  


153    RUSSIA, 0832 man in Russian and a little music. Fair signal
180    RUSSIA, 0834 woman/man in Russian. Fair at times, rapid fading signal.
189    RUSSIA, 0835 very weak with man in Russian.
234    RUSSIA, 0836 almost good signal with man in Russian.
279    RUSSIA, 0837 best of the lot, fading good signal with man in Russian.
774    JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 0825 to 0831 good S-9+10 db signal at times.
              Man in Japanese.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 0841 assuming the station with nice carrier and
              weak music.
