[IRCA] Off freq unid on 1240.20 kHz
I'm picking up a pretty good carrier on about 1240.20 kHz at 0033 UTC. It's
stronger to the south of me and plainly visible on a Ham Radio Deluxe/DM780
waterfall. Anyone else hearing it/have any ideas who this is?
