[IRCA] the last of the evening's TAs
For the last half hour, 1323 has been delivering consistent audio here....consistently poor and unreadable, couldn't even ID the language. But, at 0558UT, it actually faded up enough to deliver a "Voice of Russia World Service" ID from a woman, some frequency information I think, then asking me to "please stand by for the news", which I did, but the fickle creature abandoned me at that point. Very sad.
