[IRCA] TP from Victoria for 17Oct09: Fairly decent
Did my first in-depth TP session since returning from Masset. Listened
between 14:01 and 14:49 UTC and thought conditions were decent, but not
outstanding. A mix of a little everything. As always, "6" unless otherwise
