[IRCA] TP conditions for 15Oct09 from Victoria: Pretty good!

First morning back to the dials after my marathon effort in Masset.  Seemed pretty good for Asia with the usual stations (mostly JJ and KK) in at good levels.  The first tier NHK2 stations were especially strong.  The N. Koreans weren't so strong, though.  Did not hear any RR stations.  Monitored between 14:03 and 14:30 UTC.  Overall, I suspect the fellas at Grayland have done well for their last morning....Walt
