Not hearing your signals on either 783.9 or 873.9 here Walt, in spite of good conditions tonight. Could they be something of local origin?

The best signals vary from one minute to the next, but at the moment Czech is good on 954, as is CRI in Russian via Finland on 963 and Germany on 1422 (though they have another station in the background at times).
