Your UTC conversion is done in your head...
like I have done since 1971.
Reminds me when I would head out to explore after school
when I was 12 (I grew up in the country on a small farm...)
Mother would ask, "When are you coming back Colin?"
"Not a minute after 23:30 Mom!"
Within a couple of years she figured it out...
