[IRCA] Analog 24 Atomic clock set on UTC

I am trying to find a 24 hour atonic analog wall clock to replace my old
120v 24 wall clock. It is 30 years old and the motor has died. I can
find digital 24 hour clocks that can be set on UTC, but no Atomic wall
clocks. MFJ makes several wall clocks, Atomic, but cannot be set on UTC.
I don't want a regular battery (non atomic) wall clock, as I doubt any
keep perfect time. My old 120V  one kept perfect time, except when the
power was off. Any suggestions? My only other idea is to swich to a
digital UTC one.
