Yes, I have SeaTTY software for decoding the signal. It captures all NAVTEX
broadcasts for later review. I bought this last year, but I think there's a

For your next challenge, try for the one in Kodiak, AK. It has a very
prolific output of messages, and I can receive it quite easily here at
home.
Sorry - does one need special equipment to hear these signals?
