657   DPR KOREA, 1359 fair with woman in Korean. //3250.
738   TAIWAN/JAPAN 1136 very weak signal, not French.
738   TAIWAN, Fishery 1401 fair with music.
774   JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1337 fair to good with Radio English Conversation prg.
828   JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1338 weak to fair with above program.
