A quick follow-up:
The programming on 1322 is NOT parallel any of the "Z-Twins" stations in
this area (KZIZ 1560, KRIZ 1420, KYIZ 1620). Instead of the black
Gospel/blues/hip-hop-urban music on these three, 1322 is more like the
Industrial or House music styles.
Hey! While typing this I believe I just heard another "KCIZ" ID, but by a
male this time, at 1401:30.
Also, I've never heard anything that sounds like an advertisement, news
report, etc.
Another ID just went by at 1405. The signal sure is up and down, though.

Hi guys--
I'm hearing 1322 again at the moment, which is fading up earlier than
yesterday. I'm having to put a notch on 1323 China (in RR) to hear it OK.
I'll be darned if they aren't playing the very same song I've heard at least
four times since I first noticed 1322.
The KCIZ Web site (see my earlier posting or my Perseus blog) says their
server is down, and yup... no live audio to compare to what I'm hearing.
However, the more I think about it, a spur from a low power high school
station in Minnesota sounds totally improbable for reception in Western
Washington. However, maybe an Alaskan? That would be in the beam of my
antenna. However, I don't see any callsigns of stations in Alaska that sound
anything like "KCIZ".
It's definitely not a spur from KZIZ's Sumner, WA transmitter; they are
playing black Gospel music now, totally different from what I have on 1322.
Hey Grayland gang-- check this out while you're there this weekend, OK??
