Just checked 1322 at 0650 utc and no carrier heard here.
1323 was just a level 4 carrier here.

Hi guys--

I'm hearing 1322 again at the moment, which is fading up earlier than
yesterday. I'm having to put a notch on 1323 China (in RR) to hear it OK.
I'll be darned if they aren't playing the very same song I've heard at least
four times since I first noticed 1322.

The KCIZ Web site (see my earlier posting or my Perseus blog) says their
server is down, and yup... no live audio to compare to what I'm hearing.

However, the more I think about it, a spur from a low power high school
station in Minnesota sounds totally improbable for reception in Western
Washington. However, maybe an Alaskan? That would be in the beam of my
antenna. However, I don't see any callsigns of stations in Alaska that sound
anything like "KCIZ".

It's definitely not a spur from KZIZ's Sumner, WA transmitter; they are
playing black Gospel music now, totally different from what I have on 1322.
