[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 9-23-09

Listened from 1310-1335 ut and it was the best morning so far this year.  The noise level was way down with no t-storm noise.  Most of the action was on the bottom part of the band with only weak carriers on 1566 and 1575.

 

594  JOAK Japan hrd at 1312 ut.

657  North Korea very poor with talk at 1315 ut.

693  JOBK Japan hrd at 1315 ut.

747  JOIB Japan hrd at 1317 ut.

774  JOUB Japan hrd at 1318 ut very strong.

828  JOBB Japan very poor at 1320 ut.

882  ?? very weak audio at times at 1321-1334 ut.
